Lightened Up Shamrock Shake
In my opinion, this is a great alternative to the fast food version of the Shamrock Shake!!! And this version is completely guilt free!!!
1 frozen banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup water
1/2 cup ice
4-5 fresh mint leaves
1 big handful of baby kale ( or other dark leafy green!)
Blend on high!!!
I topped mine with some fat free whipped topping and of course sprinkles!!!
Optional: you can add a scoop of vanilla protein powder to this for a great post-workout snack!
