Buffalo Chicken Wrap
I wanted to do a quick post about this amazing wrap I made the other day. Some of you saw this on my Instagram account and have asked for me to post it! It is actually SUPER easy! It will also make perfect lunches for work/school!
– 1 cooked chicken breast diced
– 2 tbs of buffalo sauce
– 1/2 tbs of light ranch dressing
1/4 cup of chopped romaine
– 1 low carb tortilla
– Black Bean Salsa: ( I make this as a big batch for the week and put it in my wraps, salads, and even my eggwhites int the morning!)
1 can of reduced sodium black beans rinsed
1 bag of frozen corn ( steamed and cooled)
8 cherry tomatoes halved
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 of red onion diced
juice of 1/2 a lime
Lay tortilla on plate
In a small bowl, toss chicken with buffalo sauce until covered
Drizzle ranch on tortilla, then top with lettuce and black bean salsa
Put chicken ( I liked mine cold, but I am sure heating it up would be good too! ) on top and fold!
