I am enjoying this teasing Fall weather we have been having all weekend! But unfortunately, it looks as if it will feel like summer a little while longer for the next week or so here in Virginia.

    Now, lets talk chili.

This meaty bowl of comfort is just what a breezy fall day needs.

It also simmers in a crockpot all day and allows you to enjoy your day and stick to your lifestyle all at once!

The crockpot is and always will be my friend on those crazy busy days where just going to pick something up for dinner would be the easy solution.

My favorite thing to do with this chili is bring over to share with friends and family on game day. Bringing something to share to a social event is great to sticking to your Whole30 without getting into the discussion with those who may or may not understand.

And if you do bring this chili to the party, don’t forget the toppings! It’s all about the toppings!

This chili was such a hit last year and it was shared on the Whole30 website with a TON of topping ideas! Check it out here!

Can’t you tell I am excited!?

Make it now and you won’t regret it!
