I'm a little behind on getting these workouts posted so I wont bore you with my jibber jabber! Its been a crazy week here! But I am proud to say that I completed all my workouts and am planning to finish the week strong tomorrow! This list doesn't include anything I may do on the weekend! But it keeps me in check!
I've recently started incorporating weight lifting in my workouts and I can see some definition already! I love it! I have always been the cardio queen when it comes to going to the gym and used to get confused when I would plateau and would push harder and go longer on the treadmill or elliptical. But now I see that adding strength training and eating more protein is a huge game changer for me and I feel fitter! If that makes sense? lol I'm still a beginner and I have learned that form is KEY to these workouts and I believe I am getting the hang of it! I LOVE changing up my workouts because my old boring treadmill life was well....boring!
