    Dip Dip Eggs

    20140316-173749.jpg

Next to mastering the grilled cheese at 8 years old, these eggs were my second triumph. Yes, technically they are called eggs over easy, but to me they will always be " Dip Dip Eggs" because of my grandma. She taught me how to make these and I learned very quickly how tough it was not to break the yolk when you flip it over. So I experienced a lot if broken yolks before I became consistently successful with it.

These are child hood for me and I loved and still do love any foods you can have dip or dip them in something!! So these eggs are perfect for dipping your toast in the runny yolks!!! ( that's my favorite way to enjoy them!)

Hope you enjoy these as much as I do!

    Directions:

1⃣ Get 2 eggs ready for use
2⃣Heat small skillet to medium heat
    3⃣ Spray with cooking spray
4⃣ Crack both eggs in skillet carefully as to not break the yolk!
5⃣ Let cook until it is almost set on top and slide a spatula underneath both eggs at once.
6⃣ VERY carefully and quickly flip eggs over to other side and turn off burner. The yolks should still be intact.
7⃣Carefully slide eggs onto a plate and enjoy with a side of whole wheat toast and coffee!!!
