Quick,easy, and filling snack that is healthy for you even though it tastes like your favorite sweet!
Ingredients

- 1/3 cup, Dates (pits removed & let soak for 15 minutes prior to blending)
- 1/4 cup, Raisins
- 1/4 cup, Almonds
- 1/4 cup, Pecans
- 1 tsp, Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp, Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp, Salt
Instructions
- Soak the dates for approximately 15 minutes to soften them up- makes it easier to blend
- Blend dates and raisins in a food processor
- Remove date and raisin mixture and add the nuts and pulse until finely chopped
- Add date mixture back in and pulse until blended thoroughly
- Add vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to the fruit and nut paste
- Spread mixture evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Slice into little rectangles and store for up to a week!
