Ingredients

- 2 Hass Avocados
- 2 Limes
- 1 Roma Tomato, Finely Diced
- 1 Jalapeno, Finely Diced (optional)
- 1/4 Cup Low Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 Red Onion, Finely Diced
- 3 Tbs Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 Tsp Salt
Instructions
- Smash avocado with a fork until smooth in a medium sized bowl
- Stir in yogurt, lime juice, onion, tomato, cilantro,jalapeno, and salt
- Grab a chip and enjoy!
