Whole30 + Keto Dairy Free Pesto- fresh and simple from using pantry staples and your garden herbs!
Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 1/2 cups chopped basil
1/2 cup of chopped parsley
1/4 cup of fresh rosemary (about 3 stems)
1 tbs dried thyme
1 tbs dried dill
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 tsp red chili flakes
Juice from 1 lemon
Instructions
In a food processor, add all ingredients and pulse until smooth.
Store in refrigerator for up to a week or freeze into ice cubes and keeps for 3-4 months!
