Apple Spiced Coffee Cake Overnight Oats is a Gluten free, apple pie coffee cake take on overnight oats brings you all the flavors of fall in a grab n go breakfast!
Ingredients

- 1 cup of gluten free oats
- 2/3 cup of milk (I used coconut milk)
- 1/3 cup of fresh brewed coffee
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- 1 scoop of collagen (optional but adds protein to your meal!)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (minus the garnish) in a mixing bowl and combine
- Spoon the mixture into 2 mason jars or glass containers and cover for at least 4 hours (overnight is preferred)
- Add sliced apples (if desired) and enjoy!
- Other favorite toppings: sliced banana, peanut or almond butter drizzle, sliced apple, cinnamon, espresso powder.
