Description

Apple Spiced Coffee Cake Overnight Oats is a Gluten free, apple pie coffee cake take on overnight oats brings you all the flavors of fall in a grab n go breakfast!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of gluten free oats
  • 2/3 cup of milk (I used coconut milk)
  • 1/3 cup of fresh brewed coffee
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup apple sauce
  • 1 scoop of collagen (optional but adds protein to your meal!)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients (minus the garnish) in a mixing bowl and combine
  2. Spoon the mixture into 2 mason jars or glass containers and cover for at least 4 hours (overnight is preferred)
  3. Add sliced apples (if desired) and enjoy!
  4. Other favorite toppings: sliced banana, peanut or almond butter drizzle, sliced apple, cinnamon, espresso powder.
