Description
The BEST Korean Bulgogi Burger - marinated to perfection with sweet-tangy-spicy bold flavors only bulgogi can offer but in burger form! Topped with plenty of fresh vegetables. It's simply a great way to boost up burger night at your house!
Ingredients

- 1lb ground beef (or any protein!)
- 1/3 cup of Lucky Foods Kalbi Sauce
- Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Your favorite bun (or go with a lettuce wrap!)
For the CARROT FRIES:
5 carrots, peeled and cut into "fry shape"
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbs olive oil
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
TOPPINGS
- Sliced cucumber
- Kimchi
- Lucky Foods Seoul Kimchi Mayo
- Cilantro
- Red cabbage
- Scallions
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine beef, kalbi sauce,red pepper flakes, ginger, garlic, and onion powder. Cover and store in fridge for 2-6 hours to fully marinate.
- While, the burgers marinate you can prep any vegetable toppings.
- Form beef mixture into 4-5 patties.
- Pre-heat a large skillet on medium high heat, add burgers and cook until desired doneness (about 2-3 minutes per side)
- Assemble and enjoy!
AIR FRYER CARROT FRIES
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray
- Toss carrots with all ingredients listed in the fry section above
- Cook in air fryer at 400F for 12-15 minutes flipping once half way through.
