Everything we love about that spicy yet sweet yet tangy flavors in Korean food but in the form of a burger!
I made this burger pretty simple. I used A Kalbi marinade from Lucky Foods, added lots of fresh veggies, kimchi, and a spicy Mayo that in obsessed with!
I served it along some Air Fryer Carrot Fries for something different!
We’ve got Burgers on the brain this Thursday and with it still being end of August, I’m not ready for all the fall recipes yet! So I’m keeping things comfort food adjacent with lots of summer veggies and flavors to ride out the end of the season!
As I stated in my last post, I’m participating in Lucky Foods recipe challenge! And this is my last entry!
Also, Korean cuisine being one of my childhood nostalgic favorites from my Aunt Kim cooking us lots of delicious bulgogi growing up. YUM.
What is traditional Bulgogi?
It’s translated as “fire meat”. Made with super thin cuts of beef or pork grilled on a barbecue or stove top griddle. But the key is the marinade.
The ingredients in Lucky Foods Kalbi sauce was PERFECT to marinate the burgers in to give it that Bulgogi spicy yet tangy yet sweet flavors.
With all that flavor packed in the beef, you don’t need to dress up the veggies at all.
Meaning very easy weeknight dinner!
Simply marinade the beef for a couple hours, prep the veggies, and the fries (optional) and DONE.
