    Skinny Shrimp Boil

    shrimp boil 4

Skinny Shrimp Boil is one of the most popular seafood dishes in America. But unfortunately it is sometimes loaded up with extra sodium and fats.

Fortunately, ( since I love lightening up my favorite dishes at home) I have come up with a lighter version packed with more veggies, less fat, and less sodium!

It is absolutely delicious and will feed your family and neighbors ( who might become family after trying this!).

To try this recipe head on over to my friend Lisa's site, The Wellness Wife, where I am guest posting. She has a wonderful blog that I love and I know you will too! She has healthy recipes, fitness tips, and financial advice all geared for creating a "well" rounded life! - pun intended- 😉

I have long been obsessed with shrimp - yet never had a shrimp boil...just not something we do in PA I guess so I need to take matters into my own hands! Thanks for the inspiration!

Thank you Coleen! I'm still new to seafood and I actually never tasted shrimp until I met my husband! Lol Although I did have the best crab cake ever in PA near my grandma's house
