My workouts-It's an ever changing thing :)

    weekly workout

I am one of those people that get's bored working out fairly easily and that is why I change up my routine every few weeks so my body is always guessing πŸ˜‰

It is also why me and lifting go hand in hand. I am always competing with myself every week to see how much more I can lift and how much more reps I can do! I think its fun challenging myself this way!

I also squeeze in cardio afterwards to make it a well rounded workout.

This week I am all about total body workouts instead of isolating a "chest day" or "leg day" and this switch up is working because I was very sore after Monday and I feel like my body was getting used to the isolated days! However, I do like the isolated days I will return to them after a while.

I am actually (finally) starting to see muscle growth in my quads and triceps!

Next, in my future workouts...plyometrics πŸ˜‰
