Thanksgiving is one of the best holidays of the year. It revolves around the table. It could be any table. A round table, long rectangle table, even a coffee table. It's the not the table that matters but what is shared. Laughter is shared at this table, prayers are shared at this table, thanks are shared at this table, family and friends, memories are shared at this table. This means more to me than anything. Gathering family and friends together for a meal and laughing making new memories each year around this table.
In light of the tragedy that happened in Paris and Africa last week, let us keep them in our thoughts and prayers and count our blessings this year at our tables. My heart truly goes out to all those who were lost on those terrible nights. <3
Let us give thanks and enjoy our moments together.
And to save time in the kitchen this year, I think it's a real time saver to get a Freezer to Oven Turkey. I made one last year and had to try it again thanks to Jennieo. 🙂 It's as simple as it sounds. Pull the turkey out of the freexer and right into the oven for a few hours. It's already seasoned for you! No extra work needed! Go spend more time with your families and forget about the basting or about burning the bird. I ensure you will have the most PEFRECT oven roasted turkey to place on your table this year.
You Need:
1 Oven Ready Turkey from Jennieo
Family to eat it 🙂
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Place bird ( still in cooking bag) in a roaster
Cut 6 ½" slits into the bag and loosen it around the bird
Place in oven for about 4 hours. Mine was done in 3 hours and 40 minutes. Not too shabby!
