And the green smoothie kick is still going strong!
I am actually proud of the amount of containers of spinach I have in my recycling bin right now. That has been one my smaller resolutions. Quit wasting the greens.
I don’t know about you, but I buy lots of greens with the full intention of throwing them in smoothies, sautés, or salads. And I use up like ¾ of it and the rest turns into this green swampy science experiment by the time I need to go grocery shopping again. And I hate wasting it!
So, to kill two birds with one stone this month. I planned out the recipes in advance to use more greens. And guys, this month is all about the Whole30, greens, and healthy food bowls. Yup. Get excited!
When I think of green smoothies, I think of this bright flavorful concoction that instantly boosts my mood and energy.

Thank you so much Amanda, I got it. I will be trying this smoothie in place of coffee. I think coffee is not agreeing with my stomach anymore. But need some kind of a boost in the morning. Thanks again
