Air Fryer Keto Korean BBQ Chicken Tenders

    Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

Kicking the week off with these AMAZING Air Fryer Keto Korean BBQ Chicken Tenders!!!

I elevated this nostalgic staple SO much and I also love my air fryer. I decided to not only make chicken tenders BUT make a clean, healthier, and PACKED with flavor from a tangy-sweet Korean BBQ sauce!

These are what I consider "adulting" chicken fingers. But without being fried in oil. I eat primarily REAL food. As in nothing processed.

I am all about substitutions and not denying myself ANYTHING. If I want chicken tenders I will find a way to make a cleaner version for myself and Jake.

This is the kind of recipe you make when all you have is a bit of chicken thawed from the freezer plus a couple pantry and fridge staples.

Simply dredge the chicken in egg and a cassava flour blend (did I mention this recipe is ALSO gluten free AND dairy free?!).

Then we throw these puppies into the air fryer for a few.

My favorite part? I used this AMAZING Keto Korean BBQ sauce that I just tossed the chicken tenders after they were crispy.

This sauce is so good and I am actually posting this recipe as an entry into the Kevin Natural Foods blogger contest! I received some sauces in exchange for competing in this competition with other food bloggers!

I have a gooooooood feeling about this recipe.

      It's easy. It's flavorful. It's kid friendly. Plus it's visually.....a chef's kiss :*

I'm a little confused as to how this is keto... it certainly seems gluten free, but casava flour is extremely high in starches and carbs. You have 20g of carbs listed per serving when most people aim for 20g of carbs in a day.

Hi Anna! I appreciate your feedback! This is keto in the sense that the sauce I used for this recipe is considered "keto" and as a partnership with this brand for this post I utilized it in the title.
