    Avocado Breakfast Pizza

    avocado breakfast pizza

This post is long over due. I made this breakfast pizza last month when we were on vacation! June/July has been super busy and I just rediscovered these photos on my camera!

As I mentioned before, I did not slack on my workouts during vacation and was determined to keep up with it! I am a strong believer in there is NO excuse not to keep doing something to better yourself and health!

If you have been following my blog for any amount of time you know that I am a work in progress and have also been lifting weights.  I have been keeping up with my measurements and I have been very excited with the results! Since I started lifting weights I have lost 4 inches off my waist and 4 inches off my hips! My clothes are definitely looser and have gone down a size or 2! I am more determined than ever to keep it up!

    Now back to this recipe:

This breakfast is super high in protein and healthy fats and VERY filling! It will definitely carry you through until lunch! I used my naan as the crust or you can use any other flat bread.

If you are anything like me and get bored with the same ol' breakfast all the time this recipe should provide some variety!

    All you need is

-1 naan bread or flat bread- the recipe I used for the naan is here

    - ¼ of and avocado

    - 2 eggs cooked over medium

    - I seasoned my pizza with some Everything seasoning from Flavor God or you can use Mrs.Dash

Just spread the avocado on the flat bread, top with eggs, and season!
    That's it!

    Talk about an easy breakfast!

    Enjoy!

Oh wow! This is amazing and such a great idea. I once did an avocado crostata and now I see what it was missing: eggs! Love

I don't workout on vacation....I just don't. But I'm usually active enough to eat all the things. 🙂 This pizza would be one of the things.

Yes! This is awesome! You've turned avocado toast into pizza. What can be better?

I totally slack on my workouts during vacation.... oops. BUT I do normally do enough walking to make up for them each day! Great breakfast! Glad you find those photos!
