    Slow Cooker Pumpkin Turkey Chili

    Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

I finally feel like it’s time to join the pumpkin band wagon!

    pumpkin_turkey_chili_w30_2

I am a bit unusual when jumping on to trends. Like how the end of August everyone was already posting their pumpkin spiced _____ fill in the blank and I am over here like...I’m still eating my Crispy Coconut Chicken.

Like the Twilight book craze (the books NOT the movies…yuck), I watched people on campus practically drooling over this “Edward” and I would roll my eyes and drift back into the text book I was reading for class that day.

But usually after the hype is over, I will attempt to get on board. Like how I read through 3 of the Twilight books in like a week and was in agony for a week waiting for the last one to come out!

Same goes for pumpkin. I didn’t want to share pumpkin recipes until later on. It’s November and that means it’s officially PUMPKIN season!

And man, get ready for this blog’s second wind for pumpkin. Cause I have a LOT.

And I have actually been so so excited to share this recipe with you! It has actually been shared on the Whole30 website last year and I reshot it for the blog!

    pumpkin_turkey_chili_w30

Pumpkin Turkey Chili is so simple and delicious. It’s basically fall in a bowl.

Beyond, the amazing savory pumpkin flavor. This chili is delicious. It is also a very healthy protein packed meal. And I am ALL about that!

This chili just simmers in your crock pot all day long and makes your house smell amazing. It is a very savory and almost creamy chili with a sage flavor that brings it all together.

Serve it with a piece of bread or my personal favorite; ladled over a potato.

Hi Amanda! This is one of my favorite old recipes, but it looks like the ingredient list and actual recipe has been removed. I found it on the linked Whole30 website, but it would be good if you restored in on your site! It's a great one and a family favorite!

Hi Genevieve! Sorry about this! We are still experiencing migrating issues from our theme upgrade. Some of my older recipes didn't move over! We are actively trying to get these ones back! But I LOVE that you love this oldie but a goodie!
