Smooth, creamy,frothy, ginger snap latte is PERFECT to serve next week for Christmas!
You know my love for coffee. I NEED it every morning after my workouts and before I am able to be a functioning human at work. Basically, I am a Gilmore when it comes to coffee.
I am taking over the Instagram Whole30 Recipes account next week and I COULDN'T be more excited! I have been prepping for this week for MONTHS.
Since I work full time as an engineer, plus owning our first home, I only get to work on recipes and shooting them on Saturdays.
I LOVE helping others with their Whole30s. I have completed 8 rounds and it has FOREVER changed my relationship with food in a positive way. I learned so much about myself and you can read through my first Whole30 experience here on the blog!
I even ran my first half marathon WHILE on the Whole30. Basically, once I knew I could do it, I challenged myself to see what else I could do! I know you can do it too!
But back to this latte.
It is SO SO good. And has a secret ingredient that elevates the flavor plus I think it makes it taste "Chistmas-y".
Pecan Butter.
Georgia Grinders sent me jars of all their Whole30 compliant nut butters and I instantly knew what I would do with the pecan butter. Put in a latte. Plus a pinch of ginger (HELLO SUPER FOOD) and some cinnamon.
I am actually thinking of making another cup right now...

PrintGinger Snap Latte [Whole30]
- Total Time: 1 min
- Yield: 2 cups of coffee 1x
Ingredients
- 2 cups of freshly brewed hot coffee
- 2 tbs coconut cream
- 2 tbs almond or pecan butter (I used Georgia Grinders)
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp ginger
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender
- Pour and sip!
- Cook Time: 1 min

This looks so delicious! I love anything with ginger. (I eat those ginger chew candy all the time and my husband tells me I'm an old lady, haha)
