What You Will Need
- boneless pork chops
- pantry staple seasoning rub : garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, sea salt, smoked paprika, and oregano)
- gluten free flour (I used Cassava Flour - but feel free to use all purpose flour here if gluten isn't and issue)
- gf bread crumbs (again- use regular bread crumbs if gluten isn't an issue)
- green beans
- ghee or olive oil
How to Air Fry Pork Chops & Green Beans
I highly recommend using high quality boneless pork chops. I used a thicker pork chop here but you may also use thinner chops. Just reduce the time by 5 minutes. Either way ensure that the internal temperature is 145F.
Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel.
Mix seasonings in with the flour. Dredge the pork chops in the flour mixture, then the eggs, the flour mixture again, and finally the bread crumbs.
Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in the air fryer for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Remove from the basket, and let rest.
While the pork chops rest, cook the green beans. In the air fryer basket, add the green beans, the ghee (or olive oil) ,and salt & pepper.
Cook in the air fryer for about 10 minutes.
