Whole30 Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

    Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

These are by far the tastiest and EASIEST recipe I have made in our air fryer! These Whole30 Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Meatballs are simply seasoned, tossed in your favorite buffalo sauce, and DONE in less than 30 minutes!

I also would love to mention how LUCKY you are if you are doing a Whole30 in this day and age?! I am a Whole30 vet I did my first one in 2015 and there wasn't even a THIRD of the amount of fresh, clean, and sugar free bacon! I think I lived off of salad and eggs for a month... ugh.

No thanks. As I have mentioned, now that I pretty much follow an "intuitive eating" mentality I naturally actually CRAVE the healthy foods I used to think weren't tasty. I just got creative on making healthy swaps and denying myself nothing.

Crazy how listening to your body's natural hunger cues make a naturally lean you!

Which is why when I was craving buffalo chicken last week this Whole30 Air Fryer version popped in my head and it immediately was saved in my notes on my phone to test and create later.

Jake was home when I shot this recipe so I gave him the other bowl in the picture to eat for lunch. He was back in 3 minutes telling me how tasty they were!

These meatballs are seasoned with buffalo flavor inspired seasonings, crisped in the air fryer, then covered in buffalo sauce. So it's truly buffalo chicken from the inside out!

These are soooooo easy to make too!

Simply season, roll into balls, and place in the air fryer basket to cook!

Once they are cooked, toss with your favorite Whole30 compliant buffalo sauce! DONE

This recipe is delicious and easy to follow. The air fryer keeps the meatballs crispy and the spices recommended keep them full of flavor. I served them over cauliflower rice with a side of broccoli and my 13 year old couldn't get enough (ha!)! Bravo Amanda!
