    Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

Crunchy, tangy, delicious nuggets BUT made in the air fryer and SNEAKY with veggie cauliflower "wings".

Perfect vegetarian Game Day food here. I know absolutely NOTHING about this year's Super Bowl but I do know that EVERY big Game Day needs Big Game Day EATS. Right?

I am talking nachos, chili, and these cauliflower wings. These have everything one could desire in a fried wing recipe except it's MUCH healthier for you.

5 THINGS to KNOW ABOUT AIR FRYER BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER WINGS

    • Made in the air fryer - makes it crunchy crispy - YUM but much healthier without the oil
    • Two-Ingredient Batter process! - Easy Peasy!
    • You get to smash cereal! (It's in the batter)
    • To reheat, simply toss back in the air fryer for a minute or two. (They don't reheat well in the microwave)
    • It's so YUM.
