Jake and I have been enjoying a much NEEDED week off. And everyday has been amazing. No plans, binge watching The 100 on Netflix, and a little gym time here and there. It’s SO NICE!!!
We haven’t taken any time off in over a year! It’s about time!
I have actually been able to relax while cooking our dinners this week, not rush home from work, get ready for the gym, rush home to throw something together and in bed by 8:30! Its exhausting!
This week I made this chili and used the leftovers to make stuffed sweet potatoes. Which got me thinking that I should start thinking about the upcoming New Year and how I still want cozy things like soups and stews. Why not gather a list of my healthiest favorites!
